And we’re finally back with our Thursday series, “The Menu!”
Today we have an oldie, that’s too good not to revisit. Ces & Judy’s was invited to create a one-of-a-kind menu for “neon-themed” Market Mixer, put on by The Knot Wedding Network. The 2013 event was held at the Soulard Preservation Hall to host the very best of the St. Louis event and wedding industry. In collaboration with Proposing Dreams, Forte Photography & Cinema, Rockstar DJs, The Aries Company, belli fiori, The Cakery and a few other spectacular vendors, we turned the Hall into a blacklight ballroom for the evening.
To fit the theme, we had some fun coming up with a neon yum-tastic menu, which was as fun to display as it was to eat. Here were the eats for the evening:

Caprese Skewers – Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil with Olive Oil
