Ces & Judy's Catering is a Preferred Caterer to NEO on Locust in St. Louis.  In the 1920’s and 1930’s, Locust Street was known as “Auto Row”.  Various makes and models of automobiles were shown and warehoused by distributors and dealers in the buildings along Locust Street.  The building at 2801 Locust Street was home to the Mississippi Valley Motor Company, the distributor of the first Oakland Pontiac automobile in St. Louis.  It is in this building that NEO on Locust, St. Louis’ newest private indoor and outdoor private event space, is located.
